Near the river of Alaska near the Yukon area, a pack of wolves must learn what it means to survive the harsh forces of nature. They will endure 4 obstacles of nature’s wrath, one of each season. They will face love, death, gain and loss. They will meet new friends, gain new allies and find new places to call home. With wolves going endangered, due to human activity, and the change of earth’s temperature, is it possible for a pack of wolves to face the unknown and survive?

This story I am totally re-doing and switching. I want to introduce how Asilka’s father and mother died. This story will also clash with the modern problems of global warming, and how it is affecting the weather. As many know the polar ice caps are melting and it’s causing more heat in the northern regions where it was usually cold.

This problem is having a large effect on animals. Many of you don’t know, but Polar Bears are now on the endangered species list. It was a fight to put it on there because this is the first time an animals was placed on it because it isn’t going extinct because of human hunting, but because of the heating of earth. IF the heat continues to rise, they are saying in the next 10-15 years, polar bears will be completely extinct in the wild. It’s also having effects on wolves, caribou, and animals that live in northern regions.

So this story is about a wolf pack trying to survive these changes in their life, and how they will deal with them. I did a TON of research before I made this story and I’m continuing to do so. The places they visit and where the story takes place are real places. Everything that happens will be based off of facts and realism. No glowing eyes or super powers in this comic.
